BOOKING: Calling one to three weeks ahead will usually secure a favorite day and time. If you call on the same day call early in the morning as afternoons book first. Friday's and Saturday's book first, and Saturday's usually fill one month ahead. We are a small business, and we may be in "session" with another client when you call, our answering machine will pick up your message, so please have patience--your phone call will returned as soon as possible. We close down the spa while we are in service and serve one person at a time. Please call ahead if you are stopping by so that we may personally assist you.
Value yourself and take a "lunch break" at the Spa & Wellness Center! Or tell your boss that you have a "doctor's appointment", and visit us during our professional hours! :O) You'll be glad that you did!
TO BUY A GIFT CERTIFICATE:
Stop buy and pick one up during our normal business hours (call ahead so we are not in session), call us and order by phone and we can mail out the certificate or you can pick it up in our little grey mail box at our back door, or stop by at our back door for self-serve while we are in session or after business hours. We can also fax or e-mail a gift certificate.
Step 1.) Pick up a brochure and envelope, circle the item you want, and give this portion to your friend.
Step 2.) Make a check out to “Riverside Day Spa”, and drop it into our inside brass door mail slot, with the service, and name of the person receiving the certificate, and your phone number during the day.
It is as easy as this!

"We respect that you are a very important person, and we value your time. Therefore, we promise to be on time for your services and provide the quality service that we have been giving for over 22 years."
"As a professional courtesy--please respect our time, too. Please arrive ten minutes before your scheduled time. If you are late your time will be deducted from your service."
SETTING APPOINTMENTS:
1.) Any service over 60 minutes must be held with a credit card. The service may not be changed or cancelled 24 hours before the service. At 9 AM the day before the appointment, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the full service amount for these preset appointments.
2.) All Saturday appointments must be held with a credit card, and may not be cancelled. If you don't show for your appointment, or you cancel, you will be charged.

GIFT CERTIFICATE REDEMPTION:
1.) You may not alter, or cancel, your type of service more than 24 hours before the preset appointment time.
2.) "No-Shows"--any gift certificate, for any reason, will be considered "used".

4.) If we have time to honor an "expired " certificate (over one year old from date of puchase) the newer spa price must be paid before service.
REFUNDS:

We moved August 2003 to our own little bungalow! Look directly across the street from the College of the Albemarle sign. Look for our magenta-painted house shutters and plants, on the corner of Russell Lane. Come behind the house, and come in our back door!
